Good question. We use a professional soft wash system. Low pressure and eco-safe cleaners that kill mold, algae, and buildup at the root instead of blasting them off the surface. Plants and landscaping get pre-wet and rinsed, before and after. Everything stays safe.

Most exterior jobs take 2 to 4 hours. Heat pumps take about 45 minutes per unit. You'll get a time estimate when we confirm the appointment.
We watch the forecast. If it's bad for exterior work, we reschedule within 48 hours. Light rain actually helps soft washing. HVAC jobs go either way.
E-transfer or cash. Invoice comes after the job is done. You never pay before you see the results.
